Gossamer Gear LT4 Trekking Pole Review

A while back Gossamer Gear ran a competition to win some LT4 trekking poles for its Trail Ambassador members.  Several hundred photos were submitted. Fellow UK-based David Linton and myself cleaned up, bagging a pair of LT4 poles each.  Having used them over some gnarly terrain and bagged a few mountains summits to boot, I decided a review was in order. Chasing views



I had planned a week’s walk in June, but life issues, commitments and stuff of late dealt me another hand.  I needed a Scotland fix, to chase some views.   Train ticket booked,  rucksack packed; I arrived in Blair Atholl ready for 3 days alone in the hills, then a planned meet-up with Chris.
